Super Sensitive Skin
Sensitive skin is what drew me to becoming a soapmaker in the first place, trust me, I know how it feels to have skin that can cause you to want to hide from the world. I've had folks contact me with all manner of skin maladies seeking relief;... some way to clean their skin without inciting a new problem, or worsening an old one! Everybody is totally unique, and what works for one individual may not work for another. I am not qualified to diagnose you, I only offer possibilities here for you to try, possibilities that at the very least are minus synthetic chemicals and fillers. Sometimes it's not even about having a specific diagnosed skin problem, but just having very fragile skin, ...like that of babies, the elderly, chemotherapy patients, etc. ...and or having skin that reacts to modern day mass-manufactured preparations that are FAR from natural. <- This was *my* problem.
The top row of four soaps I make below are UNSCENTED. Aside from ingredients like parabens, synthetic colors, fragrance with phthalates, triclosan, sodium laurel sulfate (SLS)/sodium laureth sulfate (SLES), formaldehyde, toluene -- which none of our soaps contain, scent, whether natural or not, is usually a big red-flag ingredient for most sensitive skin sufferers. Each of these soaps also contains herbs & botanicals known to soothe skin. You are welcome to request free samples to try. Most sensitive skin folk I meet have spent a fortune on products & prescription skin-cleansers and are tired of throwing good money after bad. Samples will give you an idea if any of these will work for you.
The bottom row of four soaps each has specific ingredients for other sensitive or problem skin issues which you can read in their descriptions.
